The Team
K has a life-long passion to help grow entrepreneurs who build businesses that bring about change in people’s lives. He has previously held leadership positions in capital markets and trading in London, New York and Tokyo with major financial institutions, including roles as the head of Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets eFX business in Asia Pacific and CEO of fidelity Asia Bank and the Oanda Corporation.
He has over three decades of experience in shaping the Global Foreign Exchange industry and leading major foreign exchange technology platforms in Europe, Africa, the Americas and Asia Pacific. K has experience and expertise in treasury & risk management, wealth & asset management, capital markets & trading, payments, data technology and infrastructure (with significant relevance to digitizing financial service).
Keva Richardson is an MBA graduate of ESADE business school with over seven-years’ global experience in operations, strategic planning, and marketing in both startups and Fortune 500 companies such as American Express Company and Nalco Chemical. Ms Richardson is a fearless problem solver and leader, driven by her passion for helping people with potential: entrepreneurs, students and professionals alike, join the dots so they could be clearer about their professional and business pursuits.
Ohenewa Sakyi-Bekoe is an enthusiastic and accomplished banker, passionate about work, passionate about developing people’s expertise in strategy formulation, planning and development, financial advisory, risk management and institution building.
Sharon is a focused, results-driven individual with 30 years’ experience in Finance and Administration attained within the Corporate sector. Her role in DWM encompasses the timeous and accurate reporting for all Finance and Administrative matters. She is tenacious in ensuring that deadlines are met and work is delivered with high regard for attention to detail. She has the ability to work under pressure and at all times remains a team player dealing respectfully with her fellow colleagues. She is currently the Finance and Administration Manager for the DWM Group of Companies.
Lucy Akosua Fiadonu leverages strong professional relationships with major private and public sector players in Africa to deliver wins for our clients on both sides. Her win-win approach to high-level relationship management covers resource mobilization, economic relations, development agenda, joint ventures and Africa/Asia public-private partnerships (China, Japan, Singapore and South Korea).
Peniel Siisi Gyan-Daniels’s commitment to driving change and growth for his clients is supported by his extensive experience in Technical Analysis, Financial Modeling, Market Research, Data Analysis, Accounting, Business Strategy and Development for organizations such as Airtel and Jumia. His hands-on, research-driven approach is a core component of DWM’s own method for transforming institutions that seek to grow strategically and sustainably.
Baneseh
Aaron Baneseh’s solutions-driven approach to technology is designed to drive his clients in the achievement of their strategic objectives. Technology is employed as a problem-solving tool to ensure that their businesses are in line with international best-practices.
Prior to joining DWM, Aaron spent the last five years as the head of Konfidants’ research department where he worked on an extensive client list that included the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the African Development Bank and Ecobank Transnational Incorporated.
Nate is interested in exploring businesses and providing bespoke insights and solutions into business operations, processes and management. He has worked on projects across financial institutions, policy institutions and government agencies.
Khadija is an ambitious, analytical and attentive individual with key strengths including exemplary communication and presentation skills, strong client-facing skills - demonstrated through a record of achievement in sales roles and brilliant research skills.
Stephen is passion-driven with a keen interest in business strategy & development, project management, analysis and relationship building. He believes together we can win more
Victor Osei, an associate, who is passionate about Risk management, Petroleum Market, Financial Analysis and a Math Genius. Skilled in Customer Service, Training, Sales and Research. He seeks to be at the intersection of technology and business.
Kamil Mohammed is a Chartered Accountant with extensive knowledge in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. He has undertaken lots of statutory audits for Companies and Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) as an Audit Manager in ABI and Partners. His experience as a Finance Officer helps him analyze client finances and operations to identify and address areas for potential improvement; generating reports to convey findings and make sound recommendations.
He has gained extensive knowledge in budget preparations, implementation and variance analysis. He is currently the Chief Finance Officer for the DWM Group of Companies.
